If you do not wish to use a credit card you may pay with a cashier's check or money order. All Payments must be made in US Dollars, and payment in full must be received before an order can be processed. All customer credit cards will be billed as Ultimate Skate & Hockey (USH).
Once BestBuyFigureskating.com receives your order, we will process it within 24-48 hours. Please allow 5-12 business days to process International Orders. Returns & Exchanges
At BestBuyFigureSkating.com, we want you to be 110% satisfied with your shopping experience and we do not charge a restocking fee. You can shop with the assurance that we stand behind our products. All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached and in re-saleable condition. We apologize, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on closeouts, personalized hockey jerseys, sharpened skate blades, skating tights, special orders, undergarments and used products. All product returns or exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us toll-free at 1-800-442-1041 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA number. The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns or exchanges. We highly recommend you use FedEX or UPS so you have tracking confirmation. If the return is a legitimate manufacturing defect or our error please call us at 1-800-442-1041 so we can make arrangements to pay for the shipping costs. Remember, there is NEVER A RESTOCKING FEE on exchanges or returns. BE$TBUY REBATE DOLLAR$ for returned (not exchanged) items will be deducted from your account. If BE$TBUY REBATE DOLLAR$ have already been used on another purchase that amount will be deducted from any credit given. If packages are refused the shipping charges will be charged to your orgional form of payment.
At checkout you will have a choice of UPS shipping options. The shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your shipping preference. UPS Ground packages are delivered to residentianl addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 7:00pm, and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. Ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states takes between 3-6 business days. Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped UPS Nexy Day, 2nd Day Air or with the United States Postal Service (USPS). UPS Express Shipments have a guaranteed delivery times that vary between 1-3 business days dependant upon the service option that you choose during the checkout process. Delivery times are calculated in business days. Weekends, holidays and the day the shipment departs do not count twords the delivery time.
Military APO/FPO Shipments

Alaska, Hawaii and International Shipments
If you would like to use the USPS as a delivery option instead of UPS please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-442-1041 and we will gladly quote you a rate and time frame. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all customs, duties and taxes on international shipments.
